2. Course Fees & Payment Policy

A. Payment Options

1. One-Time Payment Option – Pay ₹24,999.99 upfront and enjoy full access to the course.
2. Installment Plan – Enroll for ₹999.99 and pay the remaining amount in three monthly installments of ₹9,999.99 each.

B. Payment Terms

• If you opt for the installment plan, payments must be made on or before the 5th of each month.
• Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of access to course materials and placement services.

3. Placement Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a placement guarantee, but to be eligible for placement assistance or a refund, you must:

1. Complete the Full Course – Attend all three months of training as per the course schedule.
2. Complete the Internship – Successfully finish the three-month internship program provided after the course.
3. Meet Performance Criteria – Actively participate in assignments, exams, and skill assessments during the course.

A. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be provided if:

• You complete both the course and internship but still fail to secure a placement within six months of course completion.
• Refund claims must be made via email at admin@webriver.in within 30 days after the placement period ends.

B. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

• If you fail to complete the entire course or internship.
• If you do not attend at least 90% of live classes.
• If you voluntarily drop out or discontinue the course.
• If you fail to apply for placements or refuse job offers provided.

4. Scholarship & Reward Policy

We offer exclusive scholarships and rewards for top-performing students:

• 100% Course Fee Waiver – For economically backward students (limited to 3% of total seats).
• 150% Course Fee Refund – For the 1st position holder in the final exam (limited to one person).
• 50% Course Fee Refund – For the 2nd position holder in the final exam (limited to one person).

Scholarship verification will be conducted, and rewards will be processed within 60 days after the course completion.

5. Dispute Resolution & Contact Information

• Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or placement guarantees must be reported via email to admin@webriver.in.
• We will respond to disputes within 7-14 business days and attempt to resolve them in good faith.
• Our decision on refund eligibility and placement guarantee will be final and binding.
